Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms apply when you buy from mavronstudio.com or use the site. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights as a consumer.

Who you are buying from

Mavron Studio Ltd, Office 15434, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@mavronstudio.com, +44 7397 521205.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email, but that email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm the item has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order — because an item is out of stock, because we spotted a pricing error, or because we cannot authorise your payment — we will tell you and refund any sum already taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free, so the price on the product page is the price you pay.

We take payment when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong and the error is one you could reasonably have spotted, we do not have to supply the item at that price.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.

Products, colour and fit

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from what you see. Garment measurements are approximate and small variations are normal in production.

Some pieces are produced in limited runs and are not restocked once sold out.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in full on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Goods become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details, including how to cancel and who pays return postage, are on our Returns & Refunds page, which also forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns & Refunds page for how we handle faults.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has been using it. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Using this website

The content of this site — including our designs, graphics, photographs, text and the Mavron Studio name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or interfering with how it works.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms cover consumers buying for personal use.

We do not limit our liability in any way that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control — such as severe weather, carrier strike action or supply failure — delays your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may cancel and receive a full refund if the delay is substantial.

Complaints

Email hello@mavronstudio.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within 14 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts.
