Before you message us
Orders normally leave us the next working day. Royal Mail delivery usually takes a further 1–2 working days. Delivery within the UK is free, and we’ll email your tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if you want to cancel, then send the items back within a further 14 days. Please return them unworn and unwashed, with tags attached; you can try them on to check the fit. For a return or exchange, email orders@mavronstudio.com with your order number.
Some pieces are made in limited runs and won’t be restocked once they sell out. Join the mailing list to hear about future releases.
